Enable the debug console (Misc)

Add to Steam launch options, then press Insert (not ~) in-game to toggle the console. Officially unsupported but present in shipping builds.

In Steam: right-click The Evil Within > Properties > Launch Options, add: +com_allowconsole 1. Launch, press Insert in-game to open the console, then type the command. Single-player only.

God Mode (God Mode)

Invulnerability (ID-style toggle).

Noclip (Misc)

Fly through walls and terrain.

Infinite Ammo (Unlimited Ammo)

Infinite ammunition for all weapons (0 to disable).

Game speed control (Misc)

Slow-motion or fast-forward (e.g. timescale 0.5).

Spawn items (Unlock All)

Spawns a specified item, e.g. give ammo_handgun. (Some item names are internal-only — test each.)

Heal (Misc)

Adds the specified amount of health.

FPS counter (Misc)

Shows the framerate overlay.

New Game+ unlockables (Unlock All)

Clearing the game unlocks New Game+ with the Magnum, Machine Gun and Infinite Ammo/One-Shot-Kill abilities purchasable with green gel — the legit equivalent of cheats.
