Streets of Rage 2 Cheat Codes
3 cheat codes for Streets of Rage 2 on Genesis.
Level Select + Hidden Options (Level Skip)
On the Options screen set Level to Easy, Players to 01, BGM to 02 and SE to 03. With Level highlighted, press A + B together: Round (stage select), Damage and up to 9 starting lives unlock, plus Very Easy and Mania difficulties.
Options: Level=Easy, Players=01, BGM=02, SE=03, then press A+B on Level
On the Options screen, set Level to Easy, Players to 01, BGM to 02 and SE to 03. Then, with Level still highlighted, press A + B together (on controller 1) to reveal the hidden Round/Damage options.
Same Character in 2-Player (Characters)
At the title screen, hold Right and B on controller 1, hold Left and A on controller 2, then press C on controller 2. Both players can now pick the same fighter.
Title screen: hold Right+B (P1) and Left+A (P2), press C on P2

Fists of Death Mode (unlock) (Unlock All)
Finish the game to unlock one-hit-kill 'Fists of Death' mode. (A brutal unlock — it's a difficulty reward, not a cheat code.)
Beat the game once
On the Options screen, set Level to Easy, Players to 01, BGM to 02 and SE to 03. Then, with Level still highlighted, press A + B together (on controller 1) to reveal the hidden Round/Damage options.
