Enable the console (Misc)

Edit Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect\Config\BioInput.ini (add ConsoleKey=Tilde under [Engine.Console] if absent), save, then press ~ in-game.

BioInput.ini → [Engine.Console] → ConsoleKey=Tilde

Open Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect\Config\BioInput.ini, find the [Engine.Console] section and set ConsoleKey=Tilde, save, then in-game press ~ to open the console and type the command. Single-player only.

God Mode (God Mode)

Invulnerability for the whole squad.

Give items (Unlock All)

Grants equipment/omni-gel style items, e.g. giveitem SFXWeapon_Shotgun_9 1.
