Bench Warp / Quit-Out Reset Exploit (Exploit)

Teleport to the last bench, reset enemies, or save-scum boss fights.

Save and Quit to Main Menu, then reload.

To 'warp' to a bench: Rest at a bench. If you want to return to that bench quickly, pause the game, select 'Save and Quit', then 'Continue' from the main menu. You will respawn at the last bench. Can also reset enemy encounters or retry boss fights without saving losses.

Access Path of Pain (Unlock All)

Discover an extremely difficult hidden platforming challenge.

Located within the White Palace, a hidden area.

Acquire the Awakened Dream Nail. Travel to the White Palace (accessed via a Kingsmould corpse in Ancient Basin). Within the White Palace, find a breakable wall in a specific room to reveal the Path of Pain entrance.

Charm Overload Glitch (Patched) (Exploit)

Equip more charms than your available charm notches allow, becoming 'overcharmed'.

Specific timing on a bench to equip more charms than notches.

SIT on a bench. Select a charm that takes 1 notch. While holding DOWN, rapidly press the EQUIP button (e.g., Left Click) and the UN-EQUIP button (e.g., Right Click) simultaneously. If timed correctly, the charm will be equipped without consuming a notch. You can then equip other charms. NOTE: This exploit was largely patched in later versions of the game.

Abyss Skip (Exploit)

Bypass the need for Monarch Wings or Isma's Tear in the Abyss.

Damage boost into specific wall while falling.

In the Ancient Basin, near the Abyss entrance, find a spot where taking damage from an enemy or spikes propels you downwards, clipping through a boundary to reach lower Abyss areas earlier. Requires precise positioning and timing.

Unlock Steel Soul Mode (Misc)

Unlocks a permadeath difficulty mode where death is permanent.

Complete the game's main story.

Successfully defeat the final boss and view one of the main endings to unlock 'Steel Soul Mode' on the main menu.
