All gear at MAX plus Poseidon's Trident (does not grant keys, feathers or eyes). Enter the code at the SELECT menu with Controller 2.

Past the saw room in the Challenge of Atlas, leave the enemy at the tower base alive, stand between it and the ladder, and kill it with square-square-triangle so it bounces off the ground — it will loop, endlessly releasing red orbs.
