God Mode (God Mode)

Same shortcut-Target trick as Far Cry 3: add the flag after the exe in the desktop shortcut's Target line.

-GameProfile_GodMode 1

Right-click your Far Cry 3 desktop shortcut > Properties. In the Target box, after the closing quote, add a space and the flag (e.g. " -GameProfile_GodMode 1"). Apply, launch via that shortcut. If Uplay resets it, set Documents\My Games\Far Cry 3\GamerProfile.xml to Read-Only.

Infinite Ammo (Unlimited Ammo)

Add to the shortcut Target line, space-separated after the exe path.

-GameProfile_UnlimitedAmmo 1

Right-click your Far Cry 3 desktop shortcut > Properties. In the Target box, after the closing quote, add a space and the flag (e.g. " -GameProfile_GodMode 1"). Apply, launch via that shortcut. If Uplay resets it, set Documents\My Games\Far Cry 3\GamerProfile.xml to Read-Only.

GamerProfile.xml alternative (Tips)

Alternatively, edit GamerProfile.xml directly (look for the GameProfile section). Do NOT set the file Read-Only in FC4 — players report the game crashes; unlike FC3 the launcher plays nice with Target flags.

Console versions have no cheats (Tips)

PS4/PS3 and Xbox One/360 have no cheat codes. The Shangri-La missions and arena are the only 'special' content.
