Potentially duplicate items or money by quickly interacting with a hacked vending machine.
Rapid interaction with specific vending machines after successful hack
1. Find a vending machine (Ammo, Health, or Gene Bank). 2. Successfully hack it. 3. Immediately after the 'Hack Successful' message appears and the machine becomes active, rapidly press the 'Use' button (A) while also navigating the menu. In some specific locations or unpatched versions of the remaster, this can cause the game to register multiple purchases or dispense extra items/money for a single hack.
Easy ADAM Farming (Exploit) (Infinite Money)
Maximize ADAM gain through efficient Little Sister management and tonic use.
Strategically rescuing Little Sisters and using Research Camera + Proud Parent Tonic
1. Rescue Little Sisters instead of harvesting them to gain the 'Proud Parent' tonic reward later (from Eleanor Lamb gifts). 2. Use the Research Camera extensively on all enemy types, especially new ones, to gain research bonuses. 3. Equip the 'Proud Parent' tonic (obtained later in the game) which provides bonus ADAM when rescuing Little Sisters. 4. When defending a Little Sister while she harvests, try to get good research photos of all attacking Splicers for extra ADAM bonuses.

Gain permanent damage bonuses, tonics, and other rewards by thoroughly researching enemies.
Use Research Camera on enemies
Throughout the game, use your Research Camera on every enemy type you encounter. Take multiple photos from different angles (especially action shots) to fill up the research bar. Each research level completed for an enemy type grants a specific bonus (e.g., damage bonus against that enemy, a tonic, or a plasmid).

Gain access to a series of challenging combat scenarios and puzzles, previously DLC.

Repeatedly photograph a dead enemy
After killing an enemy, take multiple photos of its corpse with the Research Camera until its research track is maxed out.
Vending Expert Money Exploit (Infinite Money)
Generate money by repeatedly buying and selling certain items at Gatherer's Gardens.
Requires 'Vending Expert' tonic and specific Gatherer's Garden
Equip the 'Vending Expert' tonic. At the very first Gatherer's Garden (Adonis Luxury Resort), buy all available cheaper tonics. Sell them back, you should make a profit. Repeat the process.
